Gerry’s Auto Clinic is a long-time family-owned and operated Belle River business serving the community from the corner of Charron and Notre Dame Streets for over 30 years. Gerry was born in a farmhouse on Belle River Road and his wife Kim is from Emeryville. Their children Steve and Zachary were also raised in town. In the early 80’s Gerry ran his automotive shop at the corner of 42 and Belle River Road next to their residence until expanding to the current location in 1991.
After Gerry passed in October of 2012 his son Steve and wife Kim carried on the business. Steve worked side by side with Gerry since the early 90’s and has been co-ordinating service and quoting for over 19 years. Also on board are licensed mechanics Dave and Charlie, Aaron (apprentice) and Bob the service technician.
The team participates in the Life Walk for Hospice in honour of Gerry every May. Gerry was an avid racer at Checker Flag Speedway and his car number was 4. If you would like to sponsor or donate to The Go 04 Gerry team stop in at Gerry’s Auto Clinic and pick up a form.
